Welcome to MyCareerAgent™. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise accessing MyCareerAgent™ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Service Description

MyCareerAgent™ is a career support and life management platform that provides AI-powered career guidance, job matching, resume assistance, interview preparation, and related career development tools.

Important: MyCareerAgent™ is NOT a counseling, therapeutic, or clinical service. No counseling, therapeutic, or clinical relationship is created or implied through the use of this platform. The Career Agent™ is a career support tool, not a licensed professional acting in a clinical capacity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use MyCareerAgent™. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of MyCareerAgent™, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be fraudulent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on MyCareerAgent™ are owned by Chude Muonelo, MS, LPC, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

The MyCareerAgent™ name, logo, and brand identity
Career Agent™ and Career SMART™ frameworks
The Career Agent Starter Kit™ and LAUNCHPAD 18™ programs
All proprietary algorithms, tools, templates, and methodologies

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyCareerAgent™ to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or collect data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity

7. Subscription & Payment Terms

MyCareerAgent™ offers various subscription tiers. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

The $1 Career Agent Starter Kit™ is a one-time digital purchase and is non-refundable.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

MyCareerAgent™ does not guarantee employment, job placement, salary increases, or any specific career outcome. Our platform provides tools, guidance, and support to help you navigate your career. Results depend entirely on individual effort, qualifications, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to MyCareerAgent™ (resumes, career profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We will never sell your personal content to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCareerAgent™, SlateRiver LLC, Chude Muonelo, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, income, or employment opportunities
Loss of data or business interruption
Reliance on information provided through the platform
Actions taken or not taken based on platform recommendations

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MyCareerAgent™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCareerAgent™, SlateRiver LLC, Chude Muonelo, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of MyCareerAgent™ after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
